Job Purpose





Coordinate and administer the Property Divestment activities in relation to divestments for CRN land and premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate within a small team to support the delivery of land divestment and disposal programs.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of property divestments in line with strategic objectives.
- Prepare and review documentation, including divestment briefs, briefing notes, contracts, and applications required for disposal activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and align on divestment activities and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of disposal strategies that optimize property outcomes and align with contractual goals.
- Provide support for internal and external reporting requirements related to divestment activities, including responding to ad-hoc requests.
