The Role:

- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties, with the support of a Junior Property Manager
- Conduct Outgoing inspections - NO routine or ingoing inspections!
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the properties




- Manage rent reviews and increases
- Work closely with the leasing team and junior team members
- NCAT prep and attendance when required

The Person:

- Proven experience in property management
- Strong understanding of the Sydney real estate market and NSW legislation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (NSW), along with a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, are essential
