Psychologist - Senior (Intellectual Developmental Disability), HP4, Continuing Care Team, Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services, Bundaberg Hospital - H2607WB689107 Make a meaningful difference as a Senior Psychologist with the Intellectual Developmental Disability Continuing Care Team. Deliver specialist assessment, intervention, and consultation for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, working within a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving mental health outcomes across the Wide Bay region. Your opportunity:

Delivering high-quality evidence-based psychological clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team.

Contribution to the advancement of quality Psychology services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.

Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.

Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).

Qualifications and other requirements

Mandatory possession of a qualification from a registered tertiary institution as a Psychologist and Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.

Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and if applicable registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties. Why join us?

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
