Your current role:Join a collaborative multidisciplinary Addiction Service where you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with complex needs. You'll apply advanced clinical expertise, support service improvement and quality initiatives, supervise and develop emerging clinicians, and help shape innovative, patient-centred addiction services that improve lives.About you:You are an experienced and compassionate Allied Health professional who is passionate about delivering evidence-based addiction care, supporting recovery, and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy within complex healthcare settings.Proven ability to deliver evidence-based assessment, intervention and discharge planning for people with addiction and co-occurring needs.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams and community partners.Experience providing clinical supervision,
