The Base Hair Lab is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a talented Hairdresser or Advanced Apprentice to join our fun, passionate and slightly fabulous team.

? The Role

We have flexible employment opportunities available for the right person, with our ideal candidate looking for casual employment with close-to-full-time hours. Full time is also available for the right candidate. You must be available for:

- At least one late night per week
- All day Saturday
- Additional weekday shifts, with hours available for the right candidate

About You

You might be the perfect fit if you are:
- A qualified Hairdresser or Advanced Apprentice
- Passionate about all things hair
- Confident, motivated and eager to continue learning
- Friendly, reliable, honest and professional
- A team player who also enjoys bringing their own personality to the salon
- Excited about developing your technical skills and career
- Confident working with clients and creating an exceptional salon experience

Experience with blondes, colour, extensions, social media or barista skills would be a bonus — but personality, passion and the right attitude are just as key to us.

Existing clientele is advantageous, but absolutely not essential.
