? We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management activities and ensure high standards of product quality, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills who is passionate about continuous improvement, process optimization, and building a strong culture of quality across the organization.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance standards across relevant operations.
- Lead quality inspections, audits, testing, and quality control activities.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
- Plan and lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Monitor product, process, and operational quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Manage customer complaints, investigate quality concerns, and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier evaluation and improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends,



and prepare regular quality performance reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement quality training programs to improve employee awareness and compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures, records, and reporting systems.
- Promote a robust culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience managing quality management systems, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, or similar quality tools.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards.
- Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues is preferred.
- Strong analytical,



organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems or related software.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
