? We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management activities and ensure the highest standards of product quality, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality management experience who is passionate about continuous improvement, process optimization, and building a strong culture of quality across the organization.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Establish quality standards, KPIs, and performance objectives across relevant operations.
- Lead quality inspections, audits, testing, and quality control activities.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Monitor product and process quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with production, engineering, procurement, supply chain, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Manage customer complaints, investigate quality concerns, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier evaluation and improvement programs.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare regular quality performance reports for management.
- Develop and implement quality training programs to improve employee awareness and compliance.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.





✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Proven experience managing quality management systems, audits, inspections, and improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, or similar quality tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
