About the role Join the Grampians Safer Together Program and help drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and healthcare outcomes across the region. Working in partnership with Safer Care Victoria and health services throughout the Grampians Local Health Service Network, you'll build improvement capability, support the delivery of priority projects and promote evidence‑based approaches to system improvement. This role offers the opportunity to influence change at a regional level while working with a passionate team committed to safer healthcare.
Key Responsibilities Support delivery of Safer Together Program priority projects
Provide quality improvement coaching to participating services
Deliver and coordinate improvement education and training
Support regional quality, safety and morbidity review initiatives
Analyse outcomes and prepare reports on project performance
Share learnings and improvement strategies across the network Skills & Experience Experience in healthcare quality improvement initiatives
Improvement methodology qualification or equivalent experience
Ability to interpret healthcare data and measure outcomes
Robust stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
