The Opportunity- Quarry Manager

As Quarry Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of quarry performance. This is a senior role with accountability for safety, people, production, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with executive leadership to shape operational strategy while maintaining a strong on-site presence and culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead & supervise quarry and plant operations with full accountability for safety, production, and compliance.

- Lead, mentor,



and develop the operational teams.

- Manage budgets, resources, plant performance, and production planning.

- Build strong relationships with regulators, clients, and internal stakeholders.

- Support maintenance activities and continuous improvement.

About You

- Significant experience in quarry or extractive operations leadership.

- Strong commercial and operational acumen.

- Sound knowledge of leading from the front, demonstrating strong safety awareness.

- Confident decision-maker with a collaborative leadership style.

- Values-driven and people-focused.
