About the role

Century 21 The Parks Realty is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Based in Bossley Park NSW, this is a full-time position where you will work directly with buyers, sellers, and property investors to facilitate residential property transactions. This role is pivotal to our success, as you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales whilst building lasting client relationships in the competitive residential real estate market.

Key responsibilities

1. Prospecting activities to generate leads through phone calls and door knocking.

2. Identifying, generating and nurturing leads through various channels including walk-ins, open homes, referrals, online platforms and community engagement.

3. Conducting open homes and private buyer appointments.

4. Building and maintaining a strong database of clients, contacts and leads for ongoing business development.

5. Attending open houses and property inspections to meet potential buyers.

6. Collaborating with colleagues, management and external stakeholders to achieve team and individual sales targets.

7. Staying informed of local property market trends, comparable sales data and neighbourhood information to provide expert advice.

8. Diary management, organising and faciliating appointments, meetings and inspections.

9. Negotiating, managing offers, liaising with purchasers and vendors.

10. Reporting, collating and distributing various reports as needed.

What we're looking for

1. Current Real Estate License (NSW) or ability to obtain one prior to commencement

2.



Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential real estate sales or a related sales role is highly preferred

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and achieving positive outcomes

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals professionally and ethically

6. Knowledge of the local and surrounding property market

7. Proficiency with real estate software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

8. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple transactions

9. High level of integrity, honesty and commitment to customer service excellence

10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

11. Minimum: Certificate IV in Real Estate

12. Preferred: Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms for property promotion
