We work across commercial finance, deal advisory, and capital markets — helping clients navigate property development finance, investment structuring, and SME capital raising. We're a lean, quick-moving team where everyone's contribution is visible and valued.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join our team and help keep the engine room running. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone organised, quick to learn, and keen to build a genuine understanding of the finance and property sectors from the inside. You'll work closely with the Director and get exposure to real deals, real clients, and real documents from day one.

What You'll Do

- Act as a first point of contact for clients, lenders, and partners on day‑to‑day matters
- Provide administrative support across the business
- Assist with preparing and formatting client documents, deal papers, and correspondence
- Manage diary, inbox, and meeting coordination
- Maintain and update CRM records and client files




- Support loan/deal file management and compliance record‑keeping
- Help keep systems, templates, and processes organised and up to date
- General ad hoc support as the business grows

What We're Looking For

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication — you'll be a face of the business to clients
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus but not essential
- A proactive, “figure it out” attitude — happy to ask questions and take initiative
- Interest in finance, property, or business more broadly (no prior industry experience required)
- Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy — you'll be handling sensitive client information
