Maxwell Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join an established scrap metal yard in Chipping Norton. This hands-on role offers a competitive rate with penalties and an immediate start, providing a solid early prospect to contribute to a busy site.

You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on the plant, dismantle, inspect and rebuild mechanical assemblies, and work closely with other trades on site, with a particular focus on shredders and conveyors, while upholding
