In-Home Sales Consultant - Warm Leads, No Cold Calling

Two positions available - Northern Beaches to the City, or the City to Sutherland Shire.

Artilux has been a trusted name in retractable and pleated screen systems for over 40 years. We work with homeowners, architects and builders to deliver made-to-measure screening solutions that focus on quality, performance and fit-for-purpose design.

We're growing our sales team and are looking for two In-Home Sales Consultants to represent our brand - one covering South Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and the Inner West, and one covering Northern Beaches, and the Upper and Lower North Shore.

This is a permanent employee role, with qualified leads, training, tools and support provided.

The Role

You'll attend pre-booked, in-home appointments, take accurate measurements, understand each client's needs, and recommend the most suitable solution from our premium range. You'll manage the sale through to confirmation, supported by our admin, factory and installation teams.

What We're Looking For

Experience in screens, blinds, shutters, doors,



windows or similar (sales, installation, quoting or service experience all welcome)

Comfortable taking accurate, hands-on measurements as part of every job - precision matters as much as the sale

Confident and professional working in customers' homes

Friendly, reliable and positive at building rapport

Organised with strong follow-through - from first appointment to final sign-off

Comfortable using iPads, quoting tools or CRM systems

Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence

Realistic OTE of $120,000+ (base salary plus uncapped commissions)
