About the Position:

This role is offered on a FIFO basis from Brisbane or Townsville on an 8/6 roster, rotating 12-hour Variable Day and Night Shifts. Working as part of the onsite tyre service team at MICO Mine, you will play a key role in delivering secure, efficient and high-quality tyre maintenance services while supporting Kal Tire's Journey to Zero philosophy.

- 8/6 roster, 12-hour Variable Day and Night Shifts

- Paid FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville

- Perform all aspects of LV, HV and OTR tyre fitting in a mining environment

- Complete tyre inspections, pressure maintenance, tyre rotations and wheel assembly fitment

- Remove, repair and refit earthmoving tyres and rims in the workshop and field

- Maintain tyre bay facilities, tools and equipment to a high standard

- Work closely with site teams to achieve contractual KPIs

- Promote safe work practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

- Ideally 2+ years' earthmover tyre fitting experience in mining





- Current Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing with OTR Tyre Maintenance Competencies

- Current HRWL/LF (Forklift) and Driver's Licence

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
