The Role

You’ll co-manage the Alexandria showroom alongside a fellow sales professional, working across showroom sales and in-home consultations while also overseeing a small team.





- Manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry to installation
- Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
- Lead, coach and roster a team of 2-3 store staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Understand client needs and recommend considered solutions
- Maintain a polished and welcoming showroom environment

About You

- Proven success in high-end or consultative sales (furniture, fashion, jewellery, automotive or similar)
- Weekend availability
- Confident managing end-to-end sales and building long-term relationships
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Full Australian driver's licence
