We're looking for a Full-time Receptionist to be the first face our patients and their families see, someone who can keep a busy front desk running smoothly while making every person who walks in feel genuinely looked after.

Responsibilities will include

Welcoming patients and their families with warmth and professionalism

Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule

Answering phone calls and assisting patients with enquiries

Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Processing payments, managing patient records, and completing general administrative tasks

Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties as required

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic reception role

Experience using dental practice software such as Exact, Dental4Windows, or similar

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and a commitment to patient confidentiality A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine team-first approach
