About The Role As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients and managing face-to-face and phone bookings, triage, and inquiries.

Processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling billing and invoicing.

Efficiently using our booking system.

Supporting administrative tasks, such as outbound calls, data entry, and reporting.

You Also

Bring A professional phone manner and solid communication skills.
