Salary: $65,000–$90,000 Super Uncapped Commission

We’re now looking for two Recruitment Consultants to join us and be part of the culture we’re building.

You might be new to recruitment, or you might already have experience — we care far more about your personality, attitude and hunger than your CV.

The Role

You’ll help healthcare professionals find their next career move while building relationships with clients across Australia.

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Sourcing and interviewing candidates

- Building genuine candidate and client relationships

- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

- Developing new business opportunities

- Negotiating offers and closing placements

- Building your own desk and mini-business within Voxx

Recruitment or sales experience is helpful, but not essential.

We can teach you recruitment.
