About The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own inbound and outbound sales and convert qualified opportunities into paying clients. This is not a cold-calling-heavy role - you'll be provided with warm inbound leads, an existing lead flow, and a proven sales process already in place.
You'll work directly with the founders and focus on what matters most: running discovery calls, understanding hiring needs, building strong relationships, and closing business.
This role is ideal for someone confident on calls, commercially sharp, and motivated by revenue targets and commission potential. If you enjoy speaking with business owners, moving deals through the pipeline quickly, and working in a high-growth environment, this role will suit you well.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing warm inbound leads and converting them into clients
