ASAP Recruitment is seeking an organised individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant to be based in our Williamstown North office. This role will see you being responsible for providing quality recruitment services to our existing client base.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

- End to end recruitment which includes
- Screening, interviewing and reference checking

- Filling client job orders

- Rostering

- Manage candidates employed by ASAP Recruitment

- Create and maintain crucial client/candidate relationship management

- Conducting client visits and on-site inductions as required

- Administrative duties as required

- On call during peak season

To be considered for this position you need to have:

- Previous administration and/or customer service and/or sales experience

- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

- Flexibility with hours of work as they may range from 6am to 8pm Monday to Friday and some weekend work

- Strong attention to detail

- Possess a desire to work within a team environment
- A drivers licence and reliable vehicle is essential as you will need to visit clients on a regular basis
