We are a boutique, high-performing agency established over 18 years, and specialising in the residential development and building industry. Our clients include some of the most recognised builders and businesses in the industry, with a high volume of vacancies coming through regularly from long-standing partnerships, referrals and reputation.

Due to continued growth we’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants to build a successful career with us.

About the Chance:

This is not a role where you'll be thrown in the deep end and asked to figure it out! You’ll be set up for success from the beginning, with clear training and processes, an established desk and plenty of support from an experienced team.

You’ll be joining a thriving desk and a well-known brand, with long-standing client relationships, a strong network across the residential construction industry.

Responsibilities in this position will include:





- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the residential building sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Source, interview and represent high-quality candidates
- Proactively develop new business and opportunities within your market
- Deliver a high level of service to both candidates and clients
- Take ownership of your desk, activity and results while contributing to team success

Who we are looking for:

Experience is important, but who you are and how you operate matters just as much! We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- 3 years plus in a 360 Recruitment, B2B or Account Management role
- Exceptional client relationship and people skills
- Service orientated and works well in a team
- Eager to build a career in recruitment with a high performing brand and team approach
- Pro active, naturally self motivated and driven
- Values integrity, trust and doing the right thing
