What You’ll Tackle Daily:

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering end-to-end recruitment projects across a diverse range of industries and clients. Working closely with our HR Consultants, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process, ensuring every role is managed professionally, efficiently and in line with our proven recruitment methodology.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

- Participating in client briefing meetings to gain a strong understanding of hiring requirements, role expectations and business needs.

- Sourcing,



screening and interviewing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.

- Managing candidate communications and coordinating the recruitment process from application through to placement.

- Preparing candidate summaries, shortlists and recommendations for clients and HR Consultants.

- Completing reference checking and supporting offer and placement activities.

- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring processes are followed consistently.

- Building talent pipelines and proactively sourcing quality candidates for current and future opportunities.

- Working within our established recruitment framework and continually identifying opportunities to improve the candidate and client experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you're naturally curious, confident communicating with people and take pride in delivering a great experience for both clients and candidates, we'd love to hear from you.

- 1-3 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar people-focused role.

- A qualification or certification in HR, Recruitment, or Business (preferred but not essential).

- Strong outcome and accountabilities orientation (as we track billable client hours).





- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships, demonstrate credibility, manage stakeholder expectations and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates.

- Problem-solving mindset with a knack for finding creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.

- Tech-savvy with AI capability, and experience using recruitment software: LinkedIn Recruiter & Sales Navigator, Seek Premium Talent, and other sourcing tools.

- Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a small, high-performing team.
