AVADA Traffic Management is looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead a key Victorian region. This is not simply an operations role. You will be trusted to run a safe, profitable regional business leading people, growing client relationships, improving service delivery and owning the commercial outcomes that matter.

The opportunity

Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead a regional traffic management business across safety, operations, people, customers and financial performance. You will lead Supervisors, the rostering team and frontline operational employees. You will be visible in the field and with clients, while also having the commercial discipline to lead a P&L;, improve margins, manage costs and identify growth opportunities.

This is a role for someone who can confidently move between a depot, a client meeting, a safety review and a regional performance discussion — and bring clarity, ownership and momentum to each.

What you will own:

- A regional P&L;, including budget delivery, revenue, margin, labour costs, fleet utilisation, overheads and cash flow
- Safe, compliant and reliable traffic management service delivery
- Key client relationships, retention, recurring revenue and new business opportunities
- The capability, performance and succession of Supervisors, the rostering team and frontline operational employees
- Regional safety leadership, HSEQ compliance, licensing, training, incident management and risk controls




- Operational improvement across workforce planning, rostering, depot performance, equipment allocation and invoice accuracy
- Regional business plans, client solutions, tenders and growth initiatives

What you will bring:

You will be a credible and visible operational leader with the commercial capability to run a business, not just manage a shift or roster.

You will bring

- Experience leading a region, branch network, multi-site operation or substantial operational business unit
- Direct P&L;, budget, margin or cost-centre accountability
- A strong record of leading people in a safety-critical, field-based environment
- Experience improving safety, client outcomes, productivity, utilisation, cost or profitability
- Strong customer relationship capability, including retaining business and identifying opportunities for growth
- The ability to coach leaders, set high standards and address performance issues with confidence and fairness
- Commercial judgement and confidence using systems, reporting and operational data
- Experience in traffic management, civil construction, infrastructure, utilities, transport, logistics or a comparable sector

Traffic Management Implementation accreditation, Traffic Controller accreditation and a White Card will be highly regarded.
