Registered Nurse - SCN/NICU We are seeking experienced and competent Registered Nurses – Special Care Nursery (SCN)/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Core Competencies (SCN & NICU) - Neonatal assessment and monitoring (vital signs, pain, neurological and respiratory status)

- Family-centered care and communication
- Infection control and aseptic technique
- Accurate documentation and clinical handover (ISBAR or equivalent) Special Care Nursery (SCN) Skills - Feeding support: breastfeeding, bottle, and nasogastric tube feeding
- Thermoregulation
- Basic respiratory support: low-flow oxygen, apnea monitoring
- Developmental care: positioning, kangaroo care, sensory environment management Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)



Skills - Advanced respiratory support: CPAP, high-flow, mechanical ventilation
- IV therapy: peripheral and central line care, TPN, IV medications
- Critical monitoring: blood gases, seizure recognition, cardiorespiratory monitoring
- Emergency response: neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, code blue procedures Required Certifications - Neonatal Resuscitation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Additional Expectations - Minimum 12 months recent experience in SCN or NICU
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing career development and clinical excellence
