What it takes:

This is not your average healthcare role.



We’re looking for problem-solvers, innovators, and go-getters who thrive in fast-paced environments. You should be:

- A Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current AHPRA registration (this is non-negotiable).

- A standout communicator with leadership skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems.

- Tech-savvy, with solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Experienced—at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally with a background in mining, construction, or oil & gas.

- Relationship-driven, with the ability to engage and collaborate across all levels of the business.

- Holding a Cert IV WHS or higher? That’s a huge plus!

- Motivated to learn, grow, and constantly challenge yourself.

- Licensed and ready: Current Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance (issued in the last 12 months).
