Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care to an aged-care client in Dubbo, NSW.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and professional RN who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting older Australians to maintain their health, wellbeing, and independence.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Employment Type: Casual / Contractor

Service Type: Support at Home (SaH)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional nursing care in the client’s home
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor the client’s health
- Develop and implement appropriate care strategies
- Monitor changes in the client’s condition and escalate concerns when required
- Provide clinical advice and recommendations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and service notes
- Communicate effectively with the client, family, support workers, and Care Tribe Services team
- Follow all relevant clinical, safety, and organisational guidelines

About You

We are looking for an RN who is:

- Compassionate, reliable,



and professional
- Experienced in aged care, community nursing, or home care
- Confident working independently in a client's home
- Strong in clinical assessment and communication
- Committed to providing person-centred care

Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Relevant nursing qualification
- Previous aged-care/community nursing experience preferred
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
