As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our team in Warriewood.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional agency Account Management role.

You'll become a trusted partner to your clients, managing projects from initial brief through concept development, engineering, overseas manufacturing and national rollout.

Working alongside our creative, estimating, production and sourcing teams, you'll help transform ideas into commercially successful retail executions that shoppers see every day across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage a portfolio of retail and FMCG clients.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness and exceptional service.
- Manage projects from concept through to production, installation and national rollout.
- Work alongside designers and production teams to develop creative concepts into practical, manufacturable retail display solutions.
- Coordinate overseas manufacturing partners, freight, logistics and installation.
- Manage timelines, budgets and project profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
- Deliver projects to the highest quality, on time and on budget.

About You

You'll likely have experience in one or more of these industries:

- Retail Displays
- 3D POS / POP
- Temporary Displays




- Shopper Marketing
- Print Production
- Retail Fixtures
- Visual Merchandising
- Production Management

You’ll also bring:

- 3+ years' experience in an Account Management role.
- Experience delivering retail display or production-based projects.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing, materials and production processes.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners (particularly China or Asia) will be highly regarded.
- The ability to develop concepts into commercially viable retail solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused mindset.
