To be successful you must have but not limited to:

- minimum 3 years experience





- minimum Cert Ill in commercial cookery

- Exceptional food quality and food safety knowledge

- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Have equivalent experience in hands on, high volume cooking including à la carte

- Contribute to our daily processes and work along side the Sous Chef and Head Chef.

- Be team orientated

- Work well under pressure and be both confident and creative in the kitchen.

- able to work independently and and as part as a team
