About the Role
As the Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of day to day administration across multiple project sites and the head office.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you’ll liaise with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and senior leadership, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle site related administrative tasks, including dockets management, supplier quantity tracking, and subcontractor invoice filing.
- Assist with safety administration: update safety registers, administer HSEQ documentation and monitor inspections.
- Manage document control systems, staff inductions, and office inventory including supplies and uniforms.
- Provide administrative support to the Director, Construction Manager and Project Manager.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, toolbox talks and training sessions.
- Implement current AI software and technology.
About You
- Prior experience in administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident learning to usenew software and programs (e.g. Gearbox, Hammertech, 1Breadcrumb)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams and external partners.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
