Diverse Business Consultants is seeking a Team Leader to guide a small, Australian bookkeeper team from a home office. The role combines leadership with hands-on BAS preparation and client service, offering a fully remote setup and approx. 30 hours per week.
You will lead 4–6 part time bookkeepers, manage client relationships, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain high standards of service while growing with a fast-moving, Platinum Xero partner practice.
