What is this role all about?

As a Customer Experience & Sales Agent, you will be a front-line sales professionalwho delivers premium service while driving revenue through consultative selling.

You’ll engage with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email,



understanding their needs and confidently recommending value-adding rental solutionsthat enhance their journey and protect them on the road.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, targets, customer interaction and earning uncapped bonuses, while working in a fast-paced, premium workplace.

Your key responsibilities

- Deliver apremium, high-energy customer experiencethat consistently exceeds expectations
- Open and close rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Proactivelysell and upsell rental products, including:
- Vehicle upgrades
- Damage and liability protection products
- Roadside assistance packages
- Tyre and windscreen protection
- Additional drivers, accessories and other car hire extras

- Identify customer needs and confidently present solutions that provide value and peace of mind
