Reporting Specialist(Fund Financial and Regulatory Reporting)

Core Responsibilities

Review financial reporting deliverables (annual and interim) for managed funds, ETFs and related investment products, in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB),



Corporations Act requirements and other applicable regulatory obligations.

Perform analytical reviews and control checks over financial reports and reporting outputs produced by external service providers, investigating exceptions and supporting issue resolution.

Supports dividend and capital gain distribution process, as assigned, including review distribution calculations, analysis of reporting outputs and resolution of exceptions.

Develop and maintain an understanding of accounting, regulatory and statistical reporting requirements impacting investment funds, including financial statement disclosures and regulatory submissions, and assist in assessing their impact on reporting deliverables.

Liaise with external auditors, custodians and internal stakeholders to support reporting deliverables, audits and regulatory obligations.
