Join our Reservations team and coordinate group bookings from enquiry to arrival while creating seamless guest experiences. Delivering a 5-star experience every step of the way from pre arrival to departure process.

Key Responsibilities

Group management - group reservations and room blocks

Coordinate rooming lists, invoicing, payments and amendments

Group wash, attritions, block requirements, traces and follow ups with Agents

Liaise with Sales, Events and Operations teams

Optimize inventory, conversions and revenue opportunities

Deliver seamless guest service

Robust team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively, with enthusiasm to be hands on

Flexible and be able to work in the F.I T Res agent task when business requires

Qualifications

About You

A positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences





Reservations or Front Office experience

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Good organization skills, time management and prioritization

Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage

Passion for hospitality and guest experiences
