About You





You must be experienced in delivering varied lifestyle programs and also comfortable with learning new technology to make difference to our residents' physiological, physical and emotional wellbeing! Previous experience in a similar position as a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant is desirable

Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing), is a minimum requirement for this role Preferred applicants will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent or Cert IV in Ageing and significant demonstrated Lifestyle experience

Hold a current driver's licence and be willing to drive the Residence bus as required

First Aid and CPR Certificates (practical in person training) We believe the Lifestyle Assistant is a valued member of the Lifestyle team. This team is the heartbeat of any residence and sets the tone of the emotional environment for our residents and the staff that care for them.
