As a Residential Care Worker, you'll support young people in a home setting, helping them navigate daily challenges, build life skills and develop trusting relationships. You'll be backed by structured training, practical tools and experienced local leaders so you can respond with confidence in challenging situations.

Using therapeutic approaches including The Sanctuary Model and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI),



you'll help create safe environments where young people can build confidence, stability and independence over time.

Locations include: Forest Lake, Richlands & Bellbird Park

What you'll be doing

- Help create a safe, stable home where young people feel secure, valued and encouraged
- Support young people with everyday routines including school, meals, appointments, community activities and life skills
- Build genuine relationships that provide consistency, encouragement and someone they can rely on
- Respond calmly to challenging behaviour using therapeutic, trauma-informed approaches
- Complete transparent documentation and work closely with your team to provide consistent support across every shift
