About the role Are you passionate about workforce planning and driving operational excellence? Join RACQ as a Resource Planner and play a key role in supporting our roadside assistance operations through strategic scheduling and resource optimisation. This prospect offers pay rate of $43.23 per hour.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage resource schedules to meet service level targets and operational demands. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions aligned with business objectives. Maintain and enhance workforce planning frameworks to support continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for efficiency and service level improvements.

About you: A few years of experience in workforce/resource planning or a related operational role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
