Your Role:

As the General Manager,



you’ll manage day-to-day operations while setting the standard for exceptional service and food quality. You’ll lead a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew Members, driving strong results and keeping customers coming back.

What You'll Do:

- Team Leadership: Guide, motivate and develop your team, ensuring they’re equipped and ready to deliver top-notch service.
- Drive Operations: Take full ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, overseeing service quality, efficiency, and performance while ensuring alignment with company policies and values
- Financial Management: Maintain budgets, monitor the P&L; and ensure profit targets are consistently met.
- Champion WH&S;: Implement and manage WH&S; standards, keeping customers, staff and visitors safe while ensuring compliance.
