We are looking for an experienced, polished and exceptionally personable Restaurant Manager to become the face of our restaurant.

This is not simply a position for someone who can run a shift.

We want someone with personality, presence and commercial ability — a manager who genuinely enjoys meeting people, can hold an intelligent and engaging conversation with patrons, builds relationships with regular customers and makes every guest feel important.

Salary: $40 per hour . May lead to full time depending on experience and ability to prove yourself .

Your Mission

We want our current manager to take ownership of the customer experience and help us increase restaurant sales by approximately 15–20% within the first three months.





You’ll be expected to identify opportunities to grow revenue through:

- Outstanding customer engagement
- Building a strong base of loyal regular customers
- Increasing repeat visits
- Intelligent and tasteful upselling
- Improving the overall dining experience
- Motivating front-of-house staff
- Identifying opportunities to increase average customer spend
- Creating an atmosphere that makes customers want to return — and recommend us to others

Who We’re Looking For

You will ideally be

- Experienced in restaurant or hospitality management
- Exceptionally friendly, outgoing and approachable
- Polished and professional in your presentation
- Articulate and highly proficient in spoken English
- A confident conversationalist who genuinely enjoys interacting with patrons
- Naturally good at remembering and building relationships with customers
- Commercially minded and sales focused
- A confident leader who can motivate staff and set high service standards
- Hands-on and willing to lead from the floor
- Someone who notices opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to do
