About Us

Bikanervala Adelaide is proud to be launching Australia's first Bikanervala restaurant, bringing one of India's most recognised vegetarian restaurant brands to South Australia.

As we prepare for our opening, we are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing team across management, supervisory and customer service positions.

Positions Available

Restaurant Manager (1 Position)

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations and lead the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include

- Managing daily restaurant operations

- Rostering, staffing and labour management

- Leading and developing team members

- Ensuring service standards are maintained

- Managing customer relations and feedback

- Coordinating with kitchen operations

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training

- Monitoring operational performance and compliance

Shift Supervisors (Multiple Positions)

Shift Supervisors will support restaurant management and supervise service operations during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities include

- Supervising front-of-house staff

- Managing service flow during peak periods

- Assisting with training and development

- Opening and closing procedures

- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards

- Handling customer enquiries and service recovery

- Supporting daily operational requirements

Front of House Team Members (Multiple Positions)

We are seeking enthusiastic team members for cashier, service and guest experience roles.

Responsibilities include





- Greeting and assisting customers

- Taking orders and processing payments

- Operating POS systems

- Serving food and beverages

- Maintaining dining area cleanliness

- Delivering outstanding customer service

- Supporting the team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will possess

- Previous hospitality experience (preferred for management and supervisory roles)

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Positive attitude, reliability and professionalism

- Australian working rights

Restaurant Manager Applicants

- Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management

- Leadership and team management experience

- Strong organisational and operational skills

Shift Supervisor Applicants

- Previous supervisory experience within hospitality is highly regarded

- Ability to lead teams and maintain service standards

Front of House Applicants

- Hospitality experience is desirable but not essential

- Full training will be provided to the right candidates
