Role Description The Retail Sales Assistant is a part-time, in office role based in the Blue Mountains, NSW. In this position, the team member supports day-to-day store operations, including greeting customers, answering product questions, and guiding shoppers through their purchase decisions.

Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation, restocking shelves, handling point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, assisting with merchandising,



and communicating customer feedback to management. Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail periods is required.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to support a welcoming and helpful store workplace.

Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members.

Candidates should possess Retail Sales and Sales skills to understand products, promote offerings, and meet store sales objectives.
