Essential Tasks

- Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including market engagement, tender development, contract negotiation and execution.
- Manage contractual frameworks, financial commitments, procurement risks, probity requirements and supplier performance.




- Coordinate procurement activities through AusTender, DS4P and BuyICT while ensuring compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and the PGPA Act.
- Provide strategic procurement, financial and risk advice to senior stakeholders across complex cyber and technology initiatives.

Key Criteria

- Strong experience delivering complex Commonwealth procurement and contract management activities.
- Expert knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules, procurement governance, probity and the PGPA framework.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial alignment across ODA, Non-ODA and Departmental funding sources.
- Experience working with procurement and financial systems and tools such as AusTender, BuyICT, DS4P and SAP.
