Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in NSW is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our facilities operations on a full-time basis. The role ensures safe, compliant, and effective operation of building systems, common areas, and guest facilities, overseeing preventive maintenance, contractor management, and capital projects.

You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance schedules, liaise with Body Corporate and hotel management, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining WHS
