This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience as an OSHC Coordinator, Early Childhood Director, Assistant Coordinator or 2IC. The provider is also open to supporting an aspiring leader who has the right attitude, a genuine willingness to learn and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll have the option of working consistent block shifts each day and, importantly, you will not be included in ratio.

If you are working towards an ACECQA-recognised Diploma, or already hold a Diploma-level or higher qualification, and you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for children, empowering teams and driving operational excellence, this could be the chance you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll Ideally Have

- Previous experience as an OSHC Coordinator, Early Childhood Director, Assistant Coordinator or 2IC
- A Diploma-level or higher qualification in a relevant field, or be working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
- Previous experience caring for children, ideally within Early Childhood, OSHC, Primary Education or Community Services
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children, families and educators
- The confidence and motivation to lead a team and contribute to the ongoing success of the service
