About the Role

As a Restoration Technician, you will play a key role in the full restoration process across residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform mould, water, and fire damage restoration using professional equipment

- Conduct inspections and assessments of damaged properties

- Evaluate and report on required works, including documentation for insurance purposes





- Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment

- Remove and dispose of damaged building materials

- Carry out restoration tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and reinstatement support

- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in line with IICRC standards

- Maintain and care for all equipment and supplies

- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and team members

- Travel to job sites as required (company vehicle provided where applicable)

- Participate in an on-call roster and occasional after-hours work

Skills & Experience

- At least 2 years experience in water damage restoration (essential)

- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

- Cleaning and restoration skills

- Physical capability to perform labour-intensive work

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Positive attitude with initiative and a “can-do” approach

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Leadership qualities are highly regarded

- IICRC or ITI accreditation (preferred but not essential)

- Valid driver’s licence (Company van provided)

- Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
