Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative in Shepparton is seeking an Alcohol and Other Drugs Support Worker to provide culturally secure, client-focused support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people affected by AOD. You will help address substance use, promote health and wellbeing, and support recovery pathways, working with individuals and families in a respectful, culturally informed way.

This role requires understanding of Aboriginal culture and strong communication and problem-solving
