LifeFul is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Manager to lead HR, recruitment and compliance across our national operations. This hands-on generalist role focuses on attracting outstanding people, supporting leaders and strengthening workplace culture.
The role is part-time (15 hours per week) with hybrid working in Newcastle, Frankston or Melton, and occasional travel as needed. You’ll drive systems, compliance and workforce planning to support growth.
