As the exclusive Australian distributor of Ezarri Glass Mosaic, alongside our extensive range of natural stone and porcelain products, we work with many of Australia's leading pool builders, landscape companies, architects, designers and specialist retailers.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our NSW sales team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys building genuine long-term customer relationships rather than simply chasing transactions.

About the Role

You'll manage and grow an established territory while actively developing new business opportunities across NSW.

Your time will be spent meeting clients face-to-face, identifying opportunities, educating customers, providing product solutions and becoming a trusted partner to your customers.

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service and consistently uncovering new opportunities within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow sales across an established customer base while developing new business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with pool builders, landscape contractors, tile retailers, designers and construction professionals
- Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings across your territory
- Identify project opportunities from concept through to completion
- Deliver product presentations and technical education
- Prepare quotations and follow opportunities through to completion




- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about building long-term customer relationships
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Organised with excellent time management
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a national sales team
- A confident communicator and presenter
- Strategic in their approach to territory management
- Disciplined with CRM, pipeline management and follow-up
- Results focused without compromising customer experience
- Experience selling glass mosaics or pool tiles

Experience within one or more of the following industries will be highly regarded:

- Natural stone
- Tiles
- Construction
- Landscaping
- Building products
