Role Description This part time remote Revenue Operations Analyst / Business Operations Analyst role focuses on optimizing revenue processes and supporting strategic business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales, revenue, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; building and maintaining reports and dashboards; and supporting forecasting and performance tracking. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and operations to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance reporting accuracy.

The analyst also contributes to process documentation, supports implementation of new tools or systems, and prepares clear summaries and recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Business Operations and Business Analysis skills to support process optimization and strategic decision-making.





Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Candidates should ideally have experience with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment.

Candidates with prior experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, and relevant education in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related fields will be considered a strong fit.
