We are looking for Team members who demonstrate a high level of confidence, can handle working in a fast-paced environment and are amazing with guest service!

Please Note……. this is a casual position on a rotating roster and may include working night shifts, (Till Midnight) Weekends and Public Holidays.

What we are looking for;

- A passion for Tourism, Retail and Guest Service

- Someone highly motivated and driven to achieve targets (sales and service)

- Reliability and capacity to work well within a team as well as, independently





- People who are energetic and proactive in their sales approach

- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude

- Prior experience is great but absolutely not necessary!

The role;

- Selling tickets to our experiences we offer

- Guest interactions –answering guest questions/phone calls

- Sharing knowledge of Ripley’s and our products

- Merchandising and working within a team to reach targets

- Using Eftpos and POS systems plus the counting and collecting of cash sales

- Operation of our attractions

- Maintaining the cleanliness of our attractions
