United Disability Care (UDC) is seeking a proactive Roster Clerk to efficiently allocate shifts for Support Workers in line with participant NDIS plans and SCHADS Award requirements. The role collaborates with Client Services, Payroll, and People & Culture to optimise rosters. Based at Robina Head Office, occasional travel may be required. The candidate will manage rosters two weeks in advance, handle leave, and ensure accurate employee records, with a focus on continuous improvement and
